Max Dax is a prolific German journalist, photographer and director of filmed interviews living in Berlin. He was editor-in-chief of Spex Magazine (2007-2010) and Deutsche Telekom’s Electronic Beats Magazine (2011-2014) as well as the publisher of Germany’s first interview magazine Alert (1992-2003). As a record producer he released, among others, the critically acclaimed compilations “Il canto di malavita - La musica della mafia” and “Invisible Republic — The music that influenced Bob Dylan”. His books “No Beauty Without Danger – 25 Years of Einstürzende Neubauten” and “The Life and Music of Nick Cave” were published in German and in English translation. “CAN Kiosk”, a book Dax co-wrote with CAN founding member Irmin Schmidt and Robert Defcon, is due to be published in 2017 by Faber & Faber, London.

Daniel Brandt is the founder of STRRR. He obtained a masters degree in film & TV directing at the Academy of Media Arts, Cologne and is cofounder of internationally acclaimed electroacoustic dance music ensemble Brandt Brauer Frick with whom he performed in over fifty countries since its inception in 2009, including stages as Lincoln Center New York, Coachella, Glastonbury Festival, Montreux Jazz Festival, Berghain and Centre Pompidou. Daniel is an award winning video director with previous exposure on channels and festivals like BBC, arte, MTV, Vice, Dazed, The Guardian, London Independent, Oberhausen Short Film.

Hailing from San Francisco, Philip is one of the cofounders of STRRR has a dual background in both finance and in the arts. He spent many years managing and consulting investments in the Greater China region and holds a BA in Economics from UC Berkeley and a MA in Finance from Peking University. Classically trained in piano and composition by the eminent pianist and Shanghai Conservatory professor Li Rui Xing, he has performed music and organized a multitude of artistic and cultural events including stages at the Museum of Contemporary Art Shanghai, The Shelter and The Lafayette Gallery.

Oskar is an internet designer and engineer from Denmark and one of the cofounders of STRRR. He is behind Radio4000 as well as Denmark's go-to creative network Dansk Dynamit. Before that Oskar was part of the annual alternative music festival Alive Festival, taking place on the west coast of Denmark. Previous to cofounding STRRR he made websites with Berlin based agency Kopfwelt. He wrote a guide on web development, likes jazz and is a frequent mentor for coding workshops.
